Empire Pumps Ltd are pleased to offer the option of a complete turnkey installation package.
As a company, we understand the importance of providing our customers with the options of equipment supply only or a complete turnkey package including equipment supply and installation. Our installation package is inclusive of commissioning of the equipment and gives ‘fit and forget’ peace of mind.
Our team of skilled engineers have over 20 years experience installing many different pump types and filtration systems associated with multiple industries.
The team are proficient with plastic and metallic pipe-work. When operating in the chemical industries our installation team can carry out on-site fusion welding of polypropylene plastic pipework, cementing of CPVC pipework and high specification PVDF fusion welding.
We understand our customers also have customers who increasingly require continuous production and support. As such, we offer the option of a midweek or weekend installation service, enabling flexibility around your own production demands.
Our skilled installation team will simply complete a site survey with the bulk of the material measured and manufactured at our headquarters in Manchester, UK. This will reduce the amount of time we spend on site, which reduces installation cost and any inconvenience to your production requirements.

The pipe is drilled and tapped to accept the eductor nozzles and unions are fitted at the end of each pipe length to allow the manifold leg to be rotated.
